Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MarkDocx, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use MarkDocx to convert Markdown, AI-generated content, LaTeX formulas, and related document materials into supported formats.

You are responsible for the content you upload, paste, convert, download, or share through the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use MarkDocx to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, attack the service, or interfere with other users.

We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide.

MarkDocx and its product design, software, branding, and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Service Availability

We work to keep MarkDocx reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, or factors outside our control.

The service is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Purchases, Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Purchasing: All purchases are subject to acceptance by MarkDocx at its sole discretion. All customer information provided must be current, complete, and accurate, and it is the customer's responsibility to keep such information updated. Order information will be processed automatically by MarkDocx to manage the customer account.

Fees and Subscriptions: Customers are responsible for all fees associated with the services.

Billing: MarkDocx accepts credit and debit cards for payment. Customers must provide a valid debit or credit card that will not expire during the current annual agreement term, and hereby authorize MarkDocx to charge all fees when due. Where applicable, the customer authorizes MarkDocx to (i) take steps to verify the provided debit/credit card number, and (ii) charge the card according to the billing cycle specified in the order. MarkDocx reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement if any payment information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or expired. MarkDocx is not responsible for any overdraft or other fees that may be incurred by using the customer's card for payment. Under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or offsets be provided.

Pricing: MarkDocx reserves the right to adjust service prices at any time after the initial service term ends. If we plan to make price adjustments, we will notify customers via the website, email, quotes, or invoices. Such price adjustments will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Late Payments: MarkDocx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) suspend or terminate all or part of the services if the customer fails to pay undisputed fees; (ii) charge a fee to restore archived data if the customer is in arrears. The customer agrees to reimburse MarkDocx for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in recovering overdue payments. If there is a dispute over fees that remains unresolved after 15 days, MarkDocx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate all or part of the services.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided.

Account Deletion

Account Deletion: You can also contact us at business@markdocx.com to delete your account. Upon account closure, we will make every reasonable effort to delete all data associated with your account in accordance with your specific instructions regarding data deletion. We reserve the right to retain any necessary data in accordance with applicable laws. Following the cancellation or termination of your subscription and account, you may continue to use any works produced, created, or copied through the service up to the date of cancellation or termination, provided that such use always complies with these Terms of Service, licensing agreements, and any other relevant licensing agreements we may impose from time to time.
